Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Culture consists of a "making the rules as they go atmosphere". With this you have gossipping, back stabbing, dishonesty, favoritism and nepitism, taking credit where not due, unfair cases built against employees based on inaccurate info, dedicated hard working employee passed over for advancement, all present in upper management! Lower management/supervisors expected to take responsibilty for mistakes made by upper management. Employees asked to disregard or even hide truth from CEO. The Code of Ethics is violated by the very people who should be upholding it!"

says

"It’s a relatively small company that doesn’t have a lot of room for advancement. The pay is average at best, raises are small if any."

"There is not much in the way of working your way up. If you are looking for growing experiences and opportunity, this is not the place."

"To many people worried about what everyone else is doing. The VP of HR loves to make her own exceptions to the rules or takes credit for your advancement in the company. They also have to interview you for a new postion even though you are already an employee then give you excuses why they are not putting you in the posititionBenefitspoor pay"

Assembly Line Worker (Current Employee) says

"they have their favorites in people and if your not a favorite you get treated unfairly. Management lacks communication and HR is terrible to get any kind of help regarding any situation. The pay is below standards and they expect you to work 50-60 hours a week."

Production Member (Former Employee) says

"The job is pretty easy you'll be working on a line (sitting job), the hours are great. The job is however outside of the city of Detroit. Job is located in Wixom, Mi"

"two shifts, am is the workhorse of the operation. its family owned. the benifits and pay are better than some not as great as others. its a manufacturing plant so expect that. good insurance."

Current employee (Current Employee) says

"They tend to hire outside of the company. For a smaller business, I don't feel they can afford to hire outside. It's sad, especially when you work there for so long. Not many opportunities, unfortunately. Salary is low for non-managers in the office. Other than that, it's a good company, great benefits. I gave overall 3 stars because Pay and advancement are most important."

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) says

"The employer is very generous with benefits and other perks afforded to the employees who work there.benefits and other perksno comment"
